Who: Grade 6–11 Boys & Grade 7–12 Girls
Cost: $225 + GST (5%) per player

Program fee: $225 + 5% GST per player. Pay by e-transfer to pay@acehoops.net — include your child's name in the message. Payment plans (deposit options) are available below: full, 2 payments, or 3 payments. Jersey rental adds a $75 refundable deposit.

Waiver & Release of Liability

Please read carefully:

I, the undersigned parent/guardian, hereby give permission for my child to participate in ACE Hoops basketball programs and activities. I understand that participation in basketball activities involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, physical injury.

I acknowledge that:

My child is physically fit and capable of participating in basketball activities
I am responsible for ensuring my child has appropriate medical insurance
ACE Hoops staff will make reasonable efforts to ensure participant safety
I release and hold harmless ACE Hoops, its coaches, staff, volunteers, and facility owners from any and all liability for injuries or damages sustained during program participation

I grant permission for ACE Hoops to:

Seek emergency medical treatment for my child if necessary
Use photographs or videos of my child for promotional purposes
