🏀Practice: 7:00 – 8:30 PM · Meeting starts right after

We need at least 8 committed players to move forward. At this meeting we will confirm whether this program is happening. We are not filling spots for the sake of it — we want players who bring energy and a drive to work hard. If you were at the U16 tryouts, you know what this program demands and what it will do for your game.

⚠️ Minimum 8 Players Required

We need at least 8 players committed and registered to move forward with this team. We will update all parents on the registration deadline by Sunday, April 27 at 8:00 PM. If the minimum is not met, all registrations will be cancelled.

Registration fee: $650. Covers the full season including tournaments, jersey fees, and program costs. Pay in full by e-transfer to pay@acehoops.net (include your player's name in the message), or choose the fundraising option below.

I confirm my player can attend Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7:00 – 8:30 PM at Kalamalka Secondary School. I understand that consistent attendance is a requirement of this program. *

06 · Parent Volunteers Needed

Volunteers will be coordinated among parents and players. We will be discussing roles at the parent meeting, including:

Team Manager — logistics, communication, scheduling
Scorekeeper — tracking stats and scores at games
General Game-Day Volunteers — setup, coordination, support

We need parents to step up. Details will be covered at the April 28 parent meeting.

🤝 Participate in Fundraising

Earn your registration fee through ACE Hoops fundraising activities. Full details at the parent meeting on April 28.

⚖️ Waiver & Release of Liability

Please read carefully:

I, the undersigned parent/guardian, give permission for my child to participate in ACE Hoops U16 Boys basketball — including training, practices, games, and tournaments. I understand participation in competitive basketball involves inherent risks including physical injury.

I acknowledge that:

My child is physically fit and capable of participating in competitive basketball activities
I am responsible for ensuring my child has appropriate personal medical insurance
ACE Hoops coaches and staff will take all reasonable steps to ensure participant safety
I release and hold harmless ACE Hoops, its coaches, staff, volunteers, and facility owners from liability for injuries or damages sustained during program participation
I understand the practice schedule (Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7:00–8:30 PM) and that consistent attendance is required

I grant permission for ACE Hoops to:

Seek emergency medical treatment for my child if necessary
Use photographs and videos of my child for promotional purposes
