TEAM bLACK
Team Black is a special opportunity for Y12 athletes who are really passionate about basketball. Team Black is only available for the Y12 age group, but we're planning to open it up to more age groups next year. This team is all about playing basketball at a higher, more competitive level. We need players who can fully commit to the team, which means being there for all the practices, games, and team events. Expect to practice at least twice a week. Besides that, we'll have exhibition games and participate in 7-8 tournaments, both locally and internationally. The season is a bit longer, running from April to end of July. Cassandra will help mentor Y12 Team Black.

TEAM bLUE
Team Blue is perfect for athletes who also play other sports but really want to commit to this team. It's important that everyone shows up for all practices, games, and any team events. We'll have practice 1 or 2 times a week, play some games around our region, and participate in 3 tournaments. Our season starts in April and ends in June. We emphasize a fun, inclusive atmosphere where the pressure to win is secondary to the joy of playing the game and improving together. This approach ensures that every player, regardless of their skill level, can find a fulfilling and enriching experience with Team Blue, making it not just a team, but a memorable part of their athletic journey.
