Why 3 volunteers per game?
Running a smooth, accurate game takes a team effort off the court too. Each role is designed to work together so nothing gets missed:
iPad Stats
Enters points, rebounds, assists, and fouls into the app in real time as the game unfolds.
Visual Spotter
Watches the court closely, calls out the player and stat to the iPad operator, and catches any errors before they're saved.
Game Announcer
Announces scores, baskets, and key plays over the mic to keep the crowd engaged and help the stat team confirm what happened.
Together these three roles keep the game running professionally — accurate stats, an engaged crowd, and a great experience for players and families.
